MN Power Transmission is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bali. This is an immediate vacancy for a Project Manager to oversee the construction and maintenance of TNB Substations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of TNB Substation projects.,Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.,Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards.,Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.,Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are in place.,Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or energy sector.,Strong understanding of TNB Substation construction and maintenance processes.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
