You will work closely with our team of producers, editors, and hosts to develop and execute podcasting projects. This includes conducting interviews, researching topics, scripting episodes, and editing audio files using tools like Audacity and Adobe Audition. Previous experience with podcasting platforms such as Anchor, Buzzsprout, or Apple Podcasts is a plus.

• Develop and implement podcasting strategies to enhance audience engagement and growth.
• Produce high-quality podcast episodes, including conducting interviews, researching topics, and scripting content.
• Edit and enhance audio recordings using industry-standard tools like Audacity and Adobe Audition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote podcast episodes across various platforms.
• Analyze listener feedback and metrics to continuously improve podcast content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in podcasting.
• Manage and mentor junior producers and content creators.
• Ensure all podcast content complies with legal and ethical guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in podcasting, content production, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality audio content.
• Proficiency in using podcasting software and tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, and Anchor.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
