As an Investment & Fundraising Manager, you will be at the forefront of securing the capital needed to fuel our company's expansion. You'll collaborate closely with our Founder to develop and implement cutting-edge fundraising strategies, leveraging your expertise in investment management to attract high-value investors and secure funding for our ambitious projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to secure capital for our growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential investors, including venture capital firms, angel investors, and corporate partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and investment proposals to potential investors.
• Collaborate with the Founder to align fundraising efforts with our overall business strategy.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of our investment portfolio, providing regular updates and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in investment management and fundraising.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch decks and other materials to attract investors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in investment management, fundraising, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully securing funding for startups or growing businesses.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
