📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain precision CNC lathes to ensure the production of high-quality parts
- Follow and adhere to safety protocols and quality control measures
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC lathes
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient production schedules
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Train and mentor junior machinists as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist
- Proven experience with precision machining and CNC technology
- Familiarity with CNC lathe programming and operation
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
- Valid CNC Lathe Machinist certification (preferred)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
