📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conducting routine and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls
- Reviewing financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Identifying risks and recommending improvements to internal controls
- Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders
- Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business operations
- Staying updated with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing
- Providing support to the audit manager in the planning and execution of audit projects
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international standards such as ISO 27001
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and practices
