📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and analyze workforce development needs through assessments, surveys, and performance data.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs using SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with managers to create development plans for individual employees and teams.
• Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and mentoring programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in organizational development, with a focus on the plantation industry.
• Certification in organizational development or a related field (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP).
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
