As a Business Development Executive at Arkademi, you'll be the driving force behind our sales strategy. You'll leverage your extensive experience in sales and business development to identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities. Your daily tasks will include market research, client engagement, and negotiating contracts. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and meet quarterly targets.

- Identify and prospect potential clients across Bali’s business hubs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the local Bali market and its business landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
