📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Train and develop staff in customer service, food preparation, and restaurant operations,Ensure that all staff members understand and follow our company policies and procedures,Create and implement training programs to improve staff performance and productivity,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in restaurant training and development,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop and implement training and development initiatives,Provide guidance and support to new hires to help them adjust to the restaurant environment,Maintain accurate records of staff training and development activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant training and development,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations,Ability to create and deliver effective training programs
