Tanggung Jawab:

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store, including driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and customers.
  • Knowledge of retail software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
