Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment and capital analysis, with a proven track record of success.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of Indonesian real estate market and regulations is a plus.Familiarity with real estate investment software and tools is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
