📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the F&B service, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of patients and visitors.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Maintain accurate records of food inventory, usage, and waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior F&B service role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines for food service in healthcare facilities.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
