📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the store's financial transactions, including cash handling, bank deposits, and reconciliation.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their financial transactions and answering any questions they may have.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure they are meeting the store's financial and customer service standards.,Monitor and maintain the store's cash inventory, ensuring there is always enough cash on hand to meet customer needs.,Collaborate with the store manager and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the store's financial processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting practices and technologies to ensure the store's financial processes are efficient and effective.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and financial regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or accounting role, preferably in a retail environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including cash management, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers, colleagues, and management.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant financial tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and financial regulations and policies.
