In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
