Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Control and manage the restaurant's budget, including cost control and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
