Gold Central Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Cianjur, Jawa Barat. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, multitasking, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth flow of visitors in and out of our office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide information about the company and its services to guests and visitors.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Monitor and record visitor traffic and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
