📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the park, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Lead and manage a team of park staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
  • Develop and implement park management strategies to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage park resources, including equipment, facilities, and personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate park events and activities to attract and engage guests.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the park.
  • Monitor and analyze park performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
