📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using SAP and MRP systems.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering strategies to optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing planning or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP and MRP systems, with a strong understanding of their functionalities.
• Experience with production scheduling and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
