📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the coordination of logistics processes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal inventory management.
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Track and monitor inventory levels, ordering stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
• Train and mentor junior staff on logistics best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics supervision or a similar role.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
