📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that training initiatives align with company goals.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
