📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and service levels.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement and supply chain operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail industry.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems, procurement platforms, and data analysis tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address procurement challenges.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards.
