📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operation of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.,Monitor production output and quality to meet established targets and standards.,Train and mentor junior machine operators on proper machinery operation and safety procedures.,Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement improvements in production processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the workplace.,Respond to production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.,Maintain accurate records of production data and machinery usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance procedures.,Good understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Valid certification or license for operating machinery, if required.,Familiarity with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software is a plus.,Willingness to travel for work, if necessary.
