📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
