📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash receipts, and disbursements to maintain financial records.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service and accuracy.,Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions to prevent errors and fraud.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to cash handling and financial transactions.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
