Resto Maya Cafe & Coffee is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the accounting team. If you have a passion for numbers and a desire to grow in the accounting field, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.,Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Provide support to the accounting team during tax preparation and filing.,Assist in the preparation of vendor invoices and customer statements.,Participate in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations is a plus.
