📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.,Manage and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals and system documentation.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and equipment.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.,Escalate technical issues to higher levels of support when necessary.,Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting.,Experience with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
