📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of training initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software is a plus.,Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
