In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and mediate disputes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist with the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong command of Mandarin language, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
