📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to HSE staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, and drive initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of mining operations.
• Foster a strong safety culture within the organization, encouraging employee engagement and participation in HSE initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Professional, such as the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or the Certified Professional in Safety (CPS).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing HSE programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software, such as SAP, or similar tools.
