📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Oversee the company's cash flow and liquidity management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
