Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.Schedule and manage vehicle assignments, tracking vehicle usage and ensuring that all vehicles are returned in good condition.Oversee the training and development of drivers, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and knowledgeable about the company's policies and procedures.Monitor and maintain all vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and maintenance records.Ensure that all vehicles are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.Work closely with other departments to ensure that all vehicle-related needs are met.Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure that all vehicles are in good working order.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing vehicle operations.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.🛠️ Keahlian
