📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the F&B service operations to ensure high standards of quality and service.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet customer expectations.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the F&B service.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the F&B manager to develop and implement service improvement strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service or related roles.,Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.,Knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new service standards and procedures.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
