In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage service operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to provide excellent service.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of service standards and procedures.,Monitor and report on service performance and customer feedback.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the F&B service industry, preferably in a management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
