As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading our team of drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of drivers to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Plan and schedule routes to optimize fuel consumption and reduce operational costs.,Monitor and maintain the condition of all vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy and compliant with safety regulations.,Ensure that all drivers adhere to company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain positive relationships.,Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for drivers.,Handle and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise between the company and clients.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using navigation and fleet management software.,Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
