📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and document business requirements for insurance technology solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs.
Create and maintain detailed business process models and documentation.
Develop and implement data models and reporting solutions.
Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of insurance technology solutions.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and new technology implementations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in the insurance industry.
Proficient in using business analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
Strong understanding of insurance processes and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
