Cemerlang Property is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Staff to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, preparation, and execution of banquets and special events. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and venue arrangements.,Prepare and present food and beverages according to event requirements and standards.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas, including tables, linens, and equipment.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager and other staff to ensure smooth event execution.,Maintain accurate records of banquet supplies, inventory, and expenses.,Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet areas as needed.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards of hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices.,Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required; English is a plus.
