📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and customer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
