📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update the inventory database to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.,Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain supplier relationships.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to procurement activities.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance procurement skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
