📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Manage a team of accountants and tax professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including filing tax returns and maintaining accurate records.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and tax compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax supervision, with a proven track record in managing accounting teams.
• Certifications in accounting and tax compliance, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, and TaxMaster.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
