📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents to the relevant authorities,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of transactions,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English
