📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead cross-border innovation initiatives and projects.
• Foster international partnerships and collaborations.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage international teams and coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Present and communicate innovation projects to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in international innovation and project management.
• Proven track record of leading cross-border initiatives and projects.
• Strong knowledge of international business practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field is a plus.
